Plexus Surgical Video Productions
Plexus Communications is a medical video production company specializing in surgical procedural and
product promotional programs. Plexus utilizes the skills and talents of many other video artists, cameramen, animators, medical illustrators, and field personnel. Our emphasis at Plexus is in creating and producing whole programs using cost-effective, controllable pre-production, production, and post-production techniques.

Greg Ondera
Greg Ondera is the impetus behind Plexus Communications. Greg previously worked as a surgical technician and OR specialty manager at several hospitals on the West Coast. He has literally scrubbed in on most surgical procedures, within every surgical specialty. His undergraduate work was conducted at University of California at Berkeley, and he attended graduate film school at UCLA. Greg has been producing, directing, writing, and editing for over 20 years now and has over 500 programs to his name. He has produced surgical procedural programs, documentary, academic programs, cadaveric demo programs, instructional programs, convention floor eye-candy, animated and composited programs, amongst many other genres.
