Plexus Communications is a medical video production company specializing in surgical procedural and product promotional programs. Plexus utilizes the skills and talents of many other video artists, cameramen, animators, medical illustrators, and field personnel. Our emphasis at Plexus is in creating and producing whole programs through cost-effective, controllable preproduction, production, and post-production techniques. Plexus has produced multiple programs in all video genres, and we have extensive familiarity with all surgical subspecialties. Programs have been produced for: orthopedics, arthroscopy, open heart surgery, vascular surgery, general surgery, thoracic surgery, thoracoscopy, laparoscopy, gynecology, pelviscopy, plastic & reconstructive surgery, sinus endoscopy, ENT, urology, opthalmology, oral, and neurosurgery.
And oh yes! Did we forget to mention that Plexus Communications also travels from Coast to Coast to any state, and even internationally. In fact, we have shot procedures in 30 states now and internationally.

Greg Ondera is the impetus behind Plexus Communications. Greg previously worked as a surgical technician and OR specialty manager at several hospitals on the West Coast. He has literally scrubbed and assisted on most surgical procedures, within every surgical subspecialty. His undergraduate work was conducted at University of California at Berkeley, with an emphasis in literature and philosophy, and he attended graduate film school at UCLA. Greg has been producing, directing, writing, and editing for over 15 years now and has over 300 programs to his name. He has produced surgical procedural programs, convention floor eye-candy, animated and composited programs, amongst many other genres, and often scripts many of the programs before production commences.
